- Texture over polish
- Anything polished becomes a skating rink when wet. Parking and open areas want a rough or structured face.
- The base carries the car
- Tiles do not take the load, the bed under them does. Skimping there cracks the best tile.
- Think about repairs
- Kota and stone can be lifted and replaced piece by piece; a printed tile has to match a batch that may be gone.

Both work. Kota is hard, repairable and cool; parking tiles offer more patterns and a flatter finish. We will quote both for your area.
